This project comprised sea water cooled chillers where the once through heat rejection stream was used to flush the water features of the development. 

Apart from reducing the installed capacity of the plant by 40% compared to the consultant's original design, through practical load review and modeling. The part load efficiency of the plant during low season and low occupancy was dramatically improved with two unique base load machines.

These machines also incorporated heat recovery resulting in a 1.5 year payback for the adjacent water park, further expansion is also possible.
